Charges for Professional Meeting Planning Services vary depending on the number and nature of services we provide, the number of event participants, and the duration of the event.
Before fees are set and any charges are incurred, our staff will meet with you to learn about your specific needs and expectations. Together, we’ll discuss the scope and nature of your event, budget constraints, roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project, and other factors. Based on the results of this initial meeting, we will develop a plan that covers all of the following:

Once approved, a contract outlining the terms of our agreement is formalized so that planning can begin.
We understand that conference and event needs grow and change with time and vision, so we offer hourly rates for any additional services not initially contracted.
